Hello
once again!
I
have created this webpage with the aim to further introduce my current (first) book, which has recently been published. I
also thought, that in releasing it for sale, I should add a little about myself – as an author, with some of the reasons,
and my hopes, which have inspired me to write such a book, which uses mediation as a guide-line towards self development,
and a comfortable insight into the self – spiritually, as a light in the material, physical on goings that are necessary
in daily life.
From
an early age there have been many types of inspirations which have drawn me into exploring the spiritual side of myself, and
indeed – all in life, they have been a strong encouragement for me.
Much
of the encouragement, and inspirations I recall, could most likely be defined as me having a positive view, and outlook to
the circumstances “every cloud has a Silver lining!” This is certainly a true statement, which I am grateful for
“inheriting” – although it certainly has been – and yes, IS, a hard thing to always maintain!
Meditation,
for me, is like that “room, and retreat” I can sit in, or even pace up and down in, until the view I see from
the window, becomes one of a more peaceful, accepting world and path/way of life I am in, and shall embrace again when I feel
once again, a little more connected with myself!
It
is also that walk in the fields – in meditation, whether I am sat upon my bed, or physically walking in the outside
world, I can switch on to the goodness in myself – as a person, and really see the strength, and wonder in the life
that I feel shapes with me.
Under
the heading of Excerpts, I have added some brief parts from my book.
Throughout
the book, there is a description which leads into each chapter of the book – I have written it in very much the same
lay-out as a course. The first part of the subject theme, is finding, and tuning into the colours/energies of yourself
– as an individual, and then, finding that peace and comfort with the energies of nature and the world around. I hope
to bring focus to each person who reads this; the energy values that are unique to them as a person – their spiritual
selves, and then, in the later stage of the book/course, there is the part which brings into the knowledge of the person –
the gain in both social, and solitary advantages, the serenity which is achieved through transmitting thoughts and feelings
to others, and likewise indeed – your very own surroundings.
I
am currently in the very final stages of completing my second book – a fictional story, but I hope to further my writings
of this book in a second volume. The same theme will continue in the second book, but that part of the course will be focused
around more disciplined sittings.
Although
the Meditations will be set out (just as in the first) to be in favour of both giving and allowing patience and progression,
I am hoping the inspirations that are read and practiced, will give the self a more direct, personal grasp on the character
you drive towards as a person!
With
my completion of these two books finished, and I hope – read and enjoyed by you. I intend to further the reach of this
course, but in a way that is directed towards more specific matters; such as phobias, and more personal troubles.
